The acceptance of these terms
Access to or use of absolutelylocksmith.com, calling (970) 433-0238, or communicating with Absolute Locksmith through mail, contact form, or social media shall be deemed to signify that the person agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If the visitor does not abide by any of the Terms of Use, he or she should not use the Site or services.
Scope of services
The Company offers 24/7 locksmith services that include residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency services such as lockouts, key cutting, rekeys, lock installation and repairs, ignition services, and smart lock upgrades. Descriptions of services on the Site are for illustration only and are not exhaustive and may be relaxed without notice. Our mobile technicians are primarily serving Grand Junction, Fruita, Loma, Mack, Palisade, and surrounding Colorado communities.
Eligibility and user responsibilities
You represent that you are at least eighteen-18- years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You warrant that you will provide accurate information in requesting service and refrain from unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct while using this Site or dealing with our personnel.
Booking, pricing, and payment
All appointments are subject to technician availability. Prices quoted by phone, text, or online are good faith estimates; however, the final price will be determined on-site after assessing the job requirements, parts, labor, taxes, and mileage (where applicable). Payment is to be made immediately after job completion through cash, major credit cards, or any other payment method explicitly accepted by us. Deposit payments may be required for special jobs.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Client may cancel a scheduled appointment with service without any charge if cancellation is made at least one hour prior to the arrival window agreed upon. Cancellations within the one-hour arrive window before the agreed time may be charged an appropriate call-out fee for travel time and costs; similarly, failure to be present at the residence upon technician arrival will attract the same call-out fee.
Emergency Calls and After-Hours Services
Absolute Locksmith intends for a rapid 24-hour response to service calls; the arrival time is only an approximate time and may be rescheduled due to traffic, weather, or the volume of calls. The Company will not be accountable for any loss owing to delays that are truly beyond its reasonable control, including force-majeure events.

Copyright and Trademark
All text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other items of content on the Site are owned by Absolute Locksmith or are used under license from third-party owners and are protected under the intellectual-property laws of the United States. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit the information and content on the Site without prior written consent from Absolute Locksmith.
Consent for Use of Content Submitted by User
If you submit reviews or material of any kind, you hereby grant to Absolute Locksmith an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license for the use, reproduction, and display of said content in any of the Company’s now-known or hereafter-proposed media. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to grant the above license and that your content is legal, accurate, and non-infringing.
Prohibited Conduct

b) introduce viruses or malware or other harmful codes;
c) engage in scraping or data harvesting and other automated access;

Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Absolute Locksmith hereby disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permissible by Colorado law, Absolute Locksmith shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, and loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether or not it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of the Company under or in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Absolute Locksmith and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise out of your breach of these Terms or your negligent or wrongful conduct.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms will be governed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to any conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mesa County, Colorado, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Resolution of Disputes
You agree to give written notice to Absolute Locksmith of any dispute prior to initiating any litigation and will attempt, for a period of at least thirty (30) days, to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute is not settled within that time, the parties agree to proceed with non-binding mediation in Grand Junction prior to the filing of any lawsuits.
Changes to These Terms
Absolute Locksmith may make changes to these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be changed upon publication of any revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes have been made shall be deemed an acceptance of such changes.
